Plantar Fasciitis is a physical disorder which is easily found in people. It is a disorder easily develops from one person to another and it easily affects the heel or underside of foot. It is better to loosen your muscles take a towel  or belt and loop it around the ball of the foot and try to make your leg straight very gently,       and try to pull your toes very gently to your  side  with your hands, but try to keep your foot touches the base of the ground.

Pull the toes very gently five or six times. This exercise helps to prove very beneficial for the person who suffers from the problem of Plantar Fasciitis.

  • Stand against the wall and push your heel towards the floor and slide one leg back and try to bend your knees with a little bit stretch:

The patient try to stand against the wall and stand in the front of table and slide one leg back and try to bend his knees very gently and try to stand few minutes with that same position. But by doing that exercises no stretch is put on the heel or footer area of the heel otherwise it causes more serious injuries.
